The 93rd Annual General Meeting of the Woollahra Golf Club Ltd has been called for Wednesday, 26 March 2025 commencing at 7:00pm.

Nominations for all positions on the Board of Directors are now open. Nomination forms will be available from the office during office hours or can be downloaded below.

Nominations for positions on the Board will close at 4.00pm Wednesday, 5 March 2025.
In accordance with the Constitution, in the event that a ballot is required to determine the successful nominees, members will be able to cast their votes in the premises of the Club at the following times:
Wednesday, 26 March between 4:00pm and 7:00pm.
The result of any ballot will be announced at the AGM.

Registrations are open for the 2025 Club House Cup tournament to be held at The Australian Golf Club on Thursday, 20 February 2025.
The event will be played as an 18-hole stroke play (net) format with a GA Handicap range of: 12.1-18.0 (at time of entry).

Huge congratulations to Chris Woodley on winning the prestigious Brett Sayers Golf Cup!
What an incredible achievement after four days of intense competition!  Chris started the event strongly with a great score of 41 points followed by rounds of 38, 36 and 35 points.  A strong finish by Zel Orbach wasn’t quite enough to get there, with rounds of 34, 34, 39 and 41 points.
It was a great weekend for the 29 members who took part in the event.  Here’s to many more wins, memorable moments, and unforgettable rounds!
Next year the event will take place at Nelson Bay over four days.  Make sure to keep your diary free to participate in a fun and competitive event.

Please be advised that the automatic expiry of Prize Account and Pro Shop Account allocations under By Law 46.2 have recommenced following a 12 month pause due to the transfer of members’ account balances to the new membership system last November.
Members can track the allocation and expiry dates of Prize and Pro Shop amounts via the ‘My Account’ page on the website. Navigation to the page is as follows:

Log in to the Member’s home page
Go to ‘My Information’
My Account and select ‘View Accounts’
Select either the Prize or Pro Shop tabs

A list of prizes won will appear, if there is an amount appearing in the ‘Outstanding’ column against a particular prize then that amount has not yet been claimed. In the next column the date when the outstanding amount will expire is listed. Prize allocations cannot be redeemed after they have expired.
