In term 2 we had a visit from alumni June Harrington who graduated as School Captain in 1946.  June was shown around the school to see how things have changed since she attended Rose Bay Secondary College 76 years ago. 

Today we celebrated Environment Day and were lucky enough to hear from the RBSC student band for an outdoor concert

A group of Year 12 students visited UTS on Wednesday 22 June to hear from organisations including Animal Logic, Adobe, Microsoft, Wisetech Global, Woolworths, Westpac, Defence Force Recruiting, Avanade Australia, TCS & loads more to learn where a career in tech can take you.

Congratulations to everyone who played at the mid-year concerts last Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Last Thursday, after a long day, our Junior Dance Ensemble performed at the Spotlight Dance Festival with their “Back to School” routine.

Students in both the Year 9 PHOM Class and the Year 11 Media class have been involved in a whole day shoot last term.

Our wonderful team of (mostly not Stage 6) debaters defeated the Sydney Boys’ High School Stage 6 A Team in the State Quarter Final.

On Thursday 28 July, a morning tea was held for Bob Bellear’s family to thank them for their continuing support for our school library, dedicated to Bob Bellear, the first One Nation’s judge to sit on a Court of Law in NSW.

The Hardy Street Harvest garden designed and run by the IEF fell into disrepair during Covid lockdowns and the extreme rain fall.
